Finding your company’s voice

When working with a new company this is always, to me, the most important questions. A company is more than a logo or a product. The company is very much a reflection of the team.

What does your company have to say?

If your company was a person, what would their hobbies be? What type of restaurants or bars would they like? What else would they be interested in?

What does your company do differently? Sometimes you can offer the exact same product or service as someone else but it is how you do it or why that is engaging.

What fun things does your team do during work hours and after? (appropriate things, of course)

I personally love to by products from companies I like. I want to support them and feel good about it spending my money buying from them.

What can you be doing or be communicating better to get your consumers to fall in love with you?
